Posted Thursday at 05:15 PM5 days I have a member who is getting this error when he is using desktop, not phone. Also gets the same error on chrome and firefoxI have asked him to do the following but still persists1. Log out and InClear Cache and cookies (even reinstalled)Log in to incognito mode to test, still no workCleared forum cachepurged Bunny CacheHave not cleared anything with cloudflare as could not see how to.I have logged in to their account and works fine for me.Now, the member has recently gotten a new router and when i asked him to test another forum that he has never been on, he got same issue.Would this a router cache issue or firewall?? any tips i can give them to try? Thursday at 05:29 PM5 days Community Expert Might be they can't access your CDN or wherever your resources are housed. You can have them check their browser console for any errors that will help you communicate with your CDN provider.
