Back again with a problem I have never seen before. We are seeing the following on the forums index, it seemed to happen after applying forum permissions.

It is happening for accounts and guests, the rest of the site seems fine.

I have tried clearing cache in get support and disabling the 2 addons installed without success.

So it appears it may be theme related, using the default doesnt cause the issue.

Checking further, it was a theme that was uploaded via xml and was working fine when initially uploaded, it just seemed to randomly start doing this. Deleting and reuploading causes the same problem. The xml looks fine to my eyes.

Fixed (so far). Seems one of the templates was borked. Not sure why it triggered randomly. Reverted and it seems fine now.
