Playing around with v5 on a Test Install using localhost. Loving the customizations. Trying to test out blocks but it’s not letting me place blocks anywhere. Do I not have a setting enabled? The block sidebar shows and I can drag them over but they won’t drop anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That would be an issue somewhere on the install. Usually JS not being readable/present. Check in console to see if you are seeing anything there, and check the uploads folder is fully read/write. Its difficult to really say for sure when its on localhost
