That is most likely your problem. Things change between releases and if you are not updating your theme, it could see minor issues like this.

As others have already mentioned here, test on a default unaltered theme first of all, and let us know if you are still seeing issues. We can then take a look if you are (please ensure you have all access details up to date if this is the case)

Thank you for the answers. What seems to fix it is to swap back and forth between the IPS Default and this theme, signing-out each time and then signing back in. Fixed the problem, whatever that did.
