Will update and have some questions

1. Disable all apps? (Can after update site on v5 - can i updated apps what work on v5?) Them what not work on v5 - can i uninstall them after updated site to v5?

2. Uninstall all plugins?

3. Disable all themes - not default?

4. some more ?

5. please some help

There is no need to disable Apps as the update will do that for you.

Yes, you can update all apps to the new versions that are compatible with Ipb 5.

If you don't plan on using them anymore is best to uninstall them before the upgrade imo.

It would also be better if you make a dupliacation of your forum to a test site as adviced above and then procedd with upgrading that first to test the waters so to speak. Doing that you will know what to expect when you upgrade your main forum.

I can not make test site 4.7 - really have one test site v5 - developer will update apps to v5 and will not uninstall them now - is it ok?

You can remove the Ipb 5 test site at any time and then replace it with a duplication of your current main site. Doing such a thing will be more time consuming, but it's worth the while imo.

If you dont plan on upgrading some applications, uninstall before upgrading. The less custom items you have, the less there is to go wrong.
   

2. Uninstall all plugins?
   
   They will be removed anyway, but settings for them will not. If you are not planning on adding an application equivilant, you could uninstall them if you wanted to get rid of any data in the database related to them.
   

3. Disable all themes - not default?
   
   No need. They will all be reverted to default anyway.
