Posted February 11Feb 11 I am currently using only the forum for one of my sites. For that I have only the forum active, paying 40$/6 month.Your current Invision Community license termsRenewal Date: February 20th, 2025Renewal Cost: $40/6 monthsTo upgrade to v5, I would need to switch to the classic package, which requires me to pay more than double, is that correct?Your new Invision Community Classic license termsDue Today: $0New Renewal Date: April 20th, 2025New Renewal Cost: $199/yearMy old license still gets upgrades, right? So if I don't plan on switching to v5, there is no need to upgrade my license?
February 11Feb 11 Community Expert The Classic license includes all applications. The terms have changed. Seems like you're on the page which should be explaining what will be different so may be worth digging deeper into that page to get the nitty gritty. However, we are basically offering our whole software suite at a reduced rate to allow self-hosted to be viable for the foreseeable future and allow us to further integrate and ease development between the applications. Some will pay more like yourself that only have 1 application but are getting the whole suite at discount as opposed to what it previously was to make up for being forced into doing so.The Classic license also grants you access to version 5.

So next time we have purchase new license for 500$?
