Please, can someone help me? Since update, the field URL in the file is "freezed" and I cannot insert the URL.
Admin > Can submit URLs is ON.

I just updated the login information to the admin control panel. However, the problem described above occurs even with the original theme....

Just updated the Admin CP Access with Username and password.

I again checked and cross-referenced the data with the password-manager I use. Copied and pasted the passwords and tested the login. I assure you that the specified password and username are correct.

You are talking about the credentials for accessing the Admin CP, right?

Yes, we are indeed talking about those details. I'm honestly not sure what you copied there, as once you add to the client area, it will not show you what is present. Could I check you have selected the correct license when creating this ticket. Your site beginning "h" ?
