Not that I know of. I think that you will need a custom app to do be able to do that.

You can check the Marketplace at the invisioner forum. If you don’'t see such an app there, you can request it and hopefully someone will develop it for you.

I have modifications that remove the quote button from the first post or all posts, but nothing for the last post. 🤔

I actually saw them

it would be useful to do so also because quoting the last post doesn't make much sense, it just makes the page longer
