Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted January 4Jan 4 Hey all, Title here explains my issue. I need to add a DNS record to get back our Google Workspace account. Currently, I am locked out of my email and it is causing massive issues for our business. Can someone please help me add the record? It expires in 72 hours and I’m worried I’m going to lose considerable business opportunities over this. Thanks! GC
January 4Jan 4 Are you using Cloudflare, and which software does your hosting use for configuration? You can add the DNS record in the Cloudflare DNS settings or your hosting Cpanel settings.

I didn’t setup the original back end of the site, but it all seems to be funneled through Invision when I look at the DNS tabs on my domain provider. The only current DNS infrastructure are Invision nameservers… Does that make sense?

January 4Jan 4 Yes You posted in the Classic self-hosting section, which the IPS support team may not see in time. As an IPS Cloud customer, I think you can send support messages to IPS in the Client area of your account. Hopefully, they'll respond soon.
