Comment redirect links same despite updating to 4.7.19

I have updated to 4.7.19 which should include an update that removes the unnecessary redirects on comment links.

However, the links are the same after performing the update (self-hosted).

What should I do?

Are you sure that you upgraded?

The community associated with this topic is still on .18

100% sure. I have 2 communities.

Just noticed it few minutes ago;)

Please make sure we have the admin login credentials for the other community on file, so that I can review everything in your ACP 🙂

Hello, what does "on file" mean? Where do you want me to send it?

Hi,

it's already working! Please keep in mind that not all links are changed.

So what this setting is changing is:

1. Guests won't see individual links here:

2. When you log in and take a look at the share link of a post, you'll see that the URL changed, but the old urls will also still work.

 

Can you clarify what's still the same for you? Just to see if we missed something or if it's a simple misunderstanding of what changed.

    Okay got it. What about the "All activity" feed that is under "/index.php?/discover/"? That one is still linking to all posts using the old redirect URLs. Same with links to comments from a users profile.
