Posted November 19, 2024Nov 19 I have updated to 4.7.19 which should include an update that removes the unnecessary redirects on comment links. However, the links are the same after performing the update (self-hosted). What should I do?

November 21, 2024Nov 21 Hi, it's already working! Please keep in mind that not all links are changed. So what this setting is changing is: 1. Guests won't see individual links here: 2. When you log in and take a look at the share link of a post, you'll see that the URL changed, but the old urls will also still work. Can you clarify what's still the same for you? Just to see if we missed something or if it's a simple misunderstanding of what changed.

What about the "All activity" feed that is under "/index.php?/discover/"? That one is still linking to all posts using the old redirect URLs. Same with links to comments from a users profile.
