Group Tagging on forum

I’m owner of a football esports community. Was wondering how to tag groups eg Administrators tagging a certain member group or other admins, not their user name - their actual groups. 
 

This feature was available before - was it removed. If so, is there any working/supported plugin that enables this?

It was available as a plugin for v4 in the marketplace, but it was never a feature included by default.
