VOK Posted October 24 Posted October 24 Hi, We've experienced an intermittent problem for a long time now. It seems so random and we just can't get to the bottom of it. Users complain that they are experiencing either being logged out of the community even though they are logged in. They often say that they experience a warning saying' you do not have permission' - again randomly to just some areas of the forum, sometimes just their own posts or responses but they can access posts by other members. They get this error code from time to time 2F173/H. Typically we've rarely been able to replicate this error. Stuart from WordPress SSO recommended this "You could also look at whitelisting all requests to /wp_api.php" but to be honest I have no idea how to do that. Sometimes users can access on their mobile device but not on their desktop or vice versa. We are on Invision Community v4.7.18 and Wordpress SSO 1.2.2 Our IP Board is on a sub-domain on the Super65 Cloud plan. It has to be some sort of cookies issue. PLEASE what is the fix?

You should be asking your hosting company how to do this in the first instance

stoo2000 Posted October 24 Posted October 24 That file is hosted wherever you host your WordPress install, It isn't on the community side. Jim M and Marc 2
