Piano Lesson With Warren Posted September 6 Posted September 6 I use the Invision Community self-hosting setup for my forum. My members have pointed out that after about 8-15mins on a page in the community, the page automatically refreshes. I've experienced the same issue a few times, and even in the middle of writing a message when this happens, I lose everything I am typing. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have no idea where I would even begin to pinpoint this cause. Can you help me identify how to troubleshoot and address this issue?
Jim M Posted September 6 Posted September 6 Would recommend disabling any third party applications/plugins, custom Javascript, custom themes, advertisements, etc... Anything but the core software. If it doesn't happen any more than this is an issue with one of those items and you will want to enable them one-by-one. What you are describing though has to include some form of customized Javascript to do a refresh like this.
