Error creating blocks using IP.Pages

I have updated my details via the client area, but any IP's might be blocked by firewall. If this is the case, I would need to know any IP's that would requite whitelisting.

This error comes up after trying to save a new block.

I have changed the folder and domain name only, the error is logged in my site's ACP. No other information has been changed above. I have just removed anything which publicly identifies my site.

Turn off strict mode on your mySQL instance.

When I run the query to check the strict mode, it returns this "STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO,NO_..."

Is this the issue?
