I am at this screen: 

I revisited the update url but the same screen appears.

Tried renaming the upgrading.html file in the upgrade folder but the site came on partially loaded (no css, broken html )

Any steps to bring it back up ?

Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area, and then try visiting the upgrader again, in the first instance. If you then still have issues, please let us know

I got into the admin area, clicked the upgrade, downloaded and extracted the zip, and the process finished ok.
