Prepared statement needs to be re-prepared System Error

Hi there,

I need a bit of direction to ask what my host needs to look at if possible please?

I have the above error and clearly the site is still not loading quickly and giving timeouts to users all the time.

I've spoken to the host (Ionos) but clearly they have no direction on how to fix this because its specifically talking about Invision permissions above.

I can check and do whatever is required but appreciate some support. What is super strange is that these timeouts and super slow speeds have only started with the latest software update. I haven't changed anything on our site whatsoever.

The error is not specifically taking about permissions as you mention there. It just happens to be looking at those tables. Have you disabled all 3rd party items to test this?
