Clubs or Pages (or else) to create a section in my community ?

I would like to create a section in my community about the Olympic Games with possibilities for members to :

- download files,

- read articles,

- ask questions in a forum.

But I don't want members to create articles or upload files...

Is this possible in Clubs ?

This would not be possible in clubs, as the intention there is that anyone can add content that is a member of that club.

Yes. You can create a database and disable the add/submit permission for all groups but a few select ones (admins, moderators, news writers, etc).

You can also link/sync every record to a topic in a specific forum for comments. Or you can just keep comments in the record itself.
