Posted January 4, 20241 yr Good evening! If I add credit money to a customer's account, will that be used partially when a subscription auto-renews? I'm struggling to find an answer. Thanks!
January 23, 20241 yr Author Yes, that would indeed be used on renewals We gave that a shot and it looks like the forum took the credit, but my client was still charged the whole amount for the subscription.
