Hi, I am trying to use calendar event to organize an event, after the event is set up, is possible create a submit form workflow when members click on Going or Maybe? even for Decline I would like give a reason field so we can know why members can not asist to the event.

 

There is no sort of workflow management outside of simply selecting Going, Maybe, or Decline (at least that I can find after using it awhile). It would require some sort of customization to add the described functionality.

You would indeed require customisation in order to achieve something like this. There is no way in which to force users to make a choice, which is what I believe you are looking to do here

Not exactly. When user want to select any choice:

Click on Going, display 3 fields to be filled

Participant name:

Whatsapp number:

Cost wish to pay 

-- option 1

-- option 2

-- option 3

 

Click on Decline

Participant name:

This would indeed require customization. You will want to contact a third party provider for assistance in creating that for you.
