Posted July 6, 20231 yr After receiving a push notification, it would be nice if, when clicked, it redirected immediately to the list of notifications and not to the homepage. Edited July 6, 20231 yr by SeNioR-
July 6, 20231 yr Author I just got a new push notification because I'm following Jim M's content but when I click on it, it only takes me to the homepage 😒
July 6, 20231 yr You're seeing those because there was an issue fetching the notification content from the server. In that case it falls back to default text and links to the root of the community. The issue could be an authentication failure or something else. If you try disabling push on the community and re-enabling it, do you see the full notifications?
July 6, 20231 yr Author I turned off the VPN and power saver mode and it works. Sorry for my thoughtlessness. Edited July 6, 20231 yr by SeNioR-
July 6, 20231 yr Interesting, I would to an extent (there could be various factors such as firewalls etc) expect it to work. If you want to play around a bit, you could plug your Android in with debugging mode and see what the Chrome dev tools show for network activity when a notification is received.
