Hi! We just installed the latest update about an hour ago. We have two platforms, each running IPS. One is perfect, but the one that is selected here has some issues. 

In the Admin CP, it is impossible to load the amount of members in any group. It just sits there spinning where the number of members should be.

Cannot type anything to add an announcement bar.

Also, the typing field to create a new post or respond to a PM is not working. They are little bars that cannot open and you cannot type. Please advise. Thanks!

Rebuild the cache in your ACP. 

I am filling in for the tech that usually handles these issues. Can anyone point me where to find the rebuilding cache option in IPS? Thanks!
