It sounds like they're still building requirements, scope, etc. I don't work for IPS, but that is just an educated guess based on what has been said so far. annadaa 1

We are actually being very careful to avoid the term "LMS" because we do not intend to support those options you're listing there 🙂 A true LMS is a very complex thing.
