I just had a user email regarding that notification and the user said, "every time I log in with the same POC I get this message." I asked the following questions and his replies are in red. Are you using a VPN? No Also do you get the same issue if you try a different browser? If not it might be a browser cache issue. I only use Google Chrome and empted the cache only yesterday Lastly does your internet IP change if you reboot, switch on your router/ internet connection every day? No We have some people due to electricity prices turn their router off each night. Mine is left on Let me know, Thanks,
Jim M Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 Do they or their browser clear cookies after they are done? If the cookie for the device is not present, they would get the email each time they login and it isn't present.
