Is there a limitation in creating Groups? When I tried to create a group (let's say group B), it kept replacing the previously created group (group A). However, when I removed group B, group A appeared again. It's kinda confused me. Thank you in advance.

That certainly should not happen, no.You can create as many groups as you need. Are you using any level of caching on your server?

How do I check this? I'm not sure I'm using any

That is something you would need to ask your Host, if you aren't sure. This would be a server-level function, and only they would know.

May I know how can I reset the group ID? I tried to manually update the group id from the db just now but when I refreshed the ACP itself, it gave me error.

I would advise restoring your database to a previous backup if any changes you made manually are causing errors. We do not support or recommend manual database changes.

Alright Thank you. I just deleted all the groups and recreated them all again. It seems to have no more issue so far
