I have configured 4 products in a group that are all renewal plan with different prices and the upgradeable options with price difference are well checked.
However when someone takes product 1 at 5$ and takes product 2 at 10$. He is charged the full price of product 2 and keeps both products. 

Is this normal or how can I configure this correctly?

 

Could contain: Page, Text, Pc, Electronics, Computer, File, Monitor, Screen, Hardware, Computer Hardware

Sounds like they're purchasing product 2 from scratch rather than upgrading.

How a customer can upgrade his plan ? 
They seems to be able to only cancel renewal.

  1. Go to the Manage Purchases page on your site.
  2. Click the Manage button for the package you want to upgrade.
  3. Below the Product Information box you'll see an Upgrade link.
  4. Click Upgrade and a page to select the product to upgrade to will load.

Hoo i found it , 
it was pretty much the same color as the template so it was hide.

I agree that it should be made a bit more obvious. It is rather hidden right now. 😅
