After purchase a new license, i can't login in my backend to the marketplace. 

I've got following information.

 

Could I please confirm you are logging into the marketplace with your client login, rather than your admin login?

Yes. 

I logged in with my client login and not with my admin login.

Now i've got now this information, after clearing my cookies.

Did you change anything on your setup? For me it was Encryption Standards.

Thanks. No i changed nothing at the server setup or anything else. 

Just installed my new license at the same server, switched the "License Key" for both forums and then tried to log into the marketplace. Maybe the license key causes this error ?

I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can look into this further

I've updated for both licenses my access informations

Perfect. So i've updated my TLS settings and enabled TLS 1.2 

Now it works... strange because I didn't actually change anything.
