I am recently onboarded someone to help me admin my site. She needs to be able to use the Page Builder however when it opens a page using the "Open Page Builder" button, or we add ?_blockManager=1 to the URL, it page builder mode does not open.

 

She is using Chrome. I think I have set her up with all the correct admin permissions:

 

The only difference I can obviously see between our browsers is that she uses an Apple Mac laptop. I know absolutely nothing about Macs.

 

Anyone else had this issue?
