Could I please confirm you dont have any custom email templates first of all? If you do, please revert these and test again. If not, please let us know

There are no custom email templates.

I have tested disabling all other customizations as well to no effect.

Disabling 2FA for the moment in case you would like to verify.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

This has now been resolved in our latest 4.7.6 release. Please upgrade to that release if you are seeing this issue. If you have the same problem after upgrading, please let us know.
