Can folks tell me how to upload the members

I have the .xls files

You need to have files in .csv format to use the import feature of our software, not .xls files.

But once you have the files in the correct format, go to the ACP -> Members page, and click the button in upper right that says "Import Member List". Follow the prompts past that point.
