[BUG 4.7.4] 4.7.0 Beta 3 upgrader adds an extra table

The upgrade step for 4.7.0 Beta 3 (107004) add a core_image_scanner_logs table in the database but a fresh 4.7.4 install doesn't have such table.

 

A quick mass search in the files returns 2 result: the one above adding the table in 4.7.0 Beta 3, and the other is actually to drop the table but in the 4.6.13 Beta 1 upgrade instead.

I guess the query to drop the table was added to the wrong step/file? 🤨
