Moderator can't access Mod CP

One of my moderators doesn't have access anymore to the Moderator Control Panel. He get's an error EX1064. See screenshot.
I tried to recreate the problem by assigning a fake moderator status to my test-account, but to no avail.
Can you please help me out?

Done, should work now. But you could get a certificate error from my server.

Looks like a calendar error is being thrown on them. Could you please install the patch in ACP -> Support.

When I look in the log file, this error repeats. I marked the ModCP stuff red.
