dailyStreamSubscriptions Task Issue

This morning the dailyStreamSubscriptions task started having issues. It seems stuck, and I can't figure it out. Any help is much appreciated.

System Log says this, every 20 minutes, starting about two hours ago.

RuntimeException::0

Only subclasses of Dispatcher can be instantiated

Note: All the other tasks seem to be running fine. 

Question: Is there something different about this task that I should look into?
