I am trying to set daily or weekly newsletter with content updates or summary from the topics posted into the community forum. While searching through the community I think this feature is not included natively.

Any suggestions or recommendation of a marketplace app?

1. It does exist. As an option for members to subscribe to from an activity stream. 

2. The Bulk-Mail feature is for manual emails you would compose.

What you are looking for does indeed sound like number 1 from the list above. It sounds like you want to set this yourself, however this is not something currently available. You would need for your members to set this as their own prefence when following items, and its only from their followed items.
