When someone reacts to a post or anything else in the system, the notifications come in as "someone reacted". Is it possible to change this so actually show who reacted?

I have moved this to our Feature Suggestion forum as currently if you provide access for the member group to see who reacted on the content, that is as far as we currently provide. The notification itself will be general.
