hello, my forum is working too much slow and its not evening opening on chrome and opera or take too much time to load, 

i don't know what is the exact issue , i am on the latest version of the invison power board. u can see my forum link in my profile i can't share here

my hosting person said " Seems issue related cache. You can contact to your web developer to troubleshooting issue with cache. "

please check and tell me what is the issue i am too much in trouble

Share some more details on Website user - 'active users in past xx minutes, Database, Server Specs, hosting type, etc. so others can help you. 

Have you tried setting up a cron job on the AdminCP?
