May 17, 20222 yr Solution There is not any sort of officially supported 3rd party support ticket systems. You would need to work with a third party developer to integrate whatever support system you decide is best for your community.
May 17, 20222 yr Community Expert Our Commerce application does have a ticket system as a part of that. If you're using a third party system though, it depends on what you're wanting to do. There's obviously small integrations that you could do like: use the "Contact Us" form to send an email to your ticket system. If your third party system has a live chat option that could get included on a page via Javascript, you can add that in to our software. Outside of that, depending on the integration you want/need, it will require custom development which would be outside our scope of support.
