This is actually how I use it. it does everyone at once, on mine it takes about 10 minutes to go thru all 150K members though. Does not show to guests.

mine is set up so only admin and moderators only can use it.

You can set who can send notifications:

The notifications are only enabled for "primary groups" not secundary. This is intended or could I have some sort of glitch?

Still no news for custom image in push notification? I hope IP.Board will open to this possibility....

Hi @Adriano Faria there is a way to: 

• Set in batch all members to not be able to send notifications (So I can decide which will be able later)
• Set NO send notification as default for new members.

The reason is, I don't want to have a new specific primary group for this feature.

No. It's expected people can send notifications when you install. If you have 10,000 members then you'll have to enable it one by one. This crazy. I can tell you how to do it on your board if you wish, but something like this won't be there.
