Googletag and Support for IndexNow

I have two questions, and can't find anything in my ACP about these settings.

1) What is googletag, and how do I enable it?

2) I understand what IndexNow is, and have upgraded to 4.6.11, but see nothing in my ACP for settings for IndexNow. Is this enabled automatically?

1. Google Tag is an interesting service that lets you do a lot of different things. You can read more about it here: https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/6102821?hl=en
2. To enable IndexNow, you will want to go to ACP -> System -> Integrations -> IndexNow.

Both are setup from:

ACP > System > Site Features > Integrations

Google Tag Manager lets you add one "code" to your site.  From there, you add new code blocks for tracking and analytics to it.  It's designed so that organizations don't have to keep requesting code changes each time they want to monitor something new.  In a way it's like a server side include.  You just add the place holder and then use a Google interface to do the rest.  Read more about it at: https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/tag-manager/benefits/

Regarding IndexNow...  as noted above, it's in the Integration section.  Once there, you click the "Enable" button.  There is nothing else to configure.  As a reminder, IndexNow is not used by Google currently.  Its primarily Bing and Yandex that support it.

You beat me as I was re-reading my post to make sure it made sense!  🤣🙃😂

Thank you both. Any reason why neither of these show up when I search the ACP area, for example using " IndexNow" or "Google Tag" or "GoogleTag"?

I have added indexnow today, so it should be found in the next release;)
I think that searching for "tag manager" should already link to the integrations page.
