Posted December 14, 20213 yr I renew my license but in my profile have : Friends not +Clients please check. I dont have access on marketplace and support. Help-me !
December 14, 20213 yr Did you perhaps change your email address in the Client Area? (I am not seeing any license in our billing system under the email address associated to your forum account here.)
December 14, 20213 yr Author My license is : A Test Forum - Techdev - Team (techdevteam.net) Yes I change my e-mail @icloud.com for @gmail.com because I dont have iphone anymore.
December 14, 20213 yr That's why you're showing as "Friends" rather than as a customer; you're logged into the community with your old email address. Logout of the forum and the Client Area. Then login to the Client Area using the new email address. Once logged into the Client Area, click the link to come here. You should have to login, so do that using the new email as well. Does that resolve the issue? If not we'll need to have someone sort that our in our system.
December 14, 20213 yr Author I have already tried this process and I have not been successful. I put the access data with the current email and when soon I'm still a friend.
December 14, 20213 yr Author Ok I will wait because I need install any features and my theme on my community. I've now tried to clear all my browsing history including stored passwords and cache. I entered my new email but here on the forum it remains the old one. 😌

December 15, 20213 yr Author To solve it I had to go back to my old email and use it myself. Only that way is it working.
