I cannot access my forum on IPBoard.

Following a long illness I find I cant access my membership site forum.  It is linked to my wordpress site via an SSO link which was installed back in 2017 by a developer who I am no longer in touch with.   I don't have the details of the link.

Can you advise what can be done?    I need to access my forum as it is the main teaching hub of my site.    I manage to get onto my wordpress site OK but when asked to put in my login details to the forum , it is refused.
