Categories for Achievement Badges

We still haven't moved over to the new achievement system because it lacks many features other 3rd party apps provided, one of them being able to categorize the badges. We have a lot of manual badges that we give out and we cannot do this efficiently without a category/sub-category system for the badge list.  Please add this ASAP.

Still waiting on the ability to add descriptions to badges that don't use rules, too. 🙄
