Hi, can you please tell me why some applications lack icons? Instead, there is an empty space. This is not only with this application, for which there is no icon now, but in others as well.

 

Are they 3rd-party applications? If so, contact the developer of the application.

I’ve seen that on client websites before, where the icon was set as a language string and someone translated it, so the English icon name couldn’t be found anymore. Do you have other languages installed?

As mentioned above, the Likelihood is that the icon name has been translated to Something different in the language pack, and the corresponding icon name that its been changed to doesnt exist. I can certainly take a look and advise if you update your admin login details on file.
