Fb chat wants me to add a snippet of code to my website to add fb chat plugin. Where would I add this snippet of code exactly to get it working? tyia

Do you have any instructions? It is a little tricky not knowing where they tell you to add it 🙂

I assume it is the header or footer code?

So it needs to go into the global template just before the </body> tag.

In your admin section, go to Themes -> Edit HTML & CSS (looks like this </>).

It should open your global HTML, but if it does not, you find it at core->front->global->global template.

Go to the end of the template and place the Facebook code snippet just before the </body>.
