Other themes I'd take a look at, to sorta get my design thoughts, are Nexxe by Codebite.dev and Chameleon Dark by IPSFocus. …

I am willing to pay a minimum of 75$ USD to 100$ USD, at one time only. I will evaluate and explore the theme before paying.

For that price range, I would suggest you buy one of the themes mentioned above and if necessary, modify it to the best of your abilities. It’s unlikely someone creates a custom theme like those in your price range. Just look at the numbers: Nexxe sold 94 times for $40, that’s $3760. Chameleon Dark sold 93 for $30, that’s $2790. That should give you an idea of what such a theme is worth to the developer.

True, but those are technically subscriptions. I'm paying in 1 go for very specific qualities. I could modify Nexxe myself, but dyslexia is frustrating as hell, and I'm focused on Services planning. Thanks for commenting though, I hadn't thought on those numbers.

I imagine theme developers are always looking for inspiration for their next creation.  If you provided screen shots showing theme aspects, and colors you are looking for (most people react more favorably to visual cues then the written word) one of them might consider creating and releasing it if they think they can sell enough copies to make it financially worthwhile. A quote for a one-off theme will likely be "much" more than you mentioned above.

Please note that not all of the theme designers may track this forum so you might consider reaching out to them directly.

Things that would further customize the site for your unique needs would have to be done separately at additional cost by the theme developer or someone else skilled in graphics design. You might consider reaching out to your membership for graphic design help as one of them may have the requisite skills and might be willing to lend a hand for free or at a reduced cost.

A one-time fee will get you a theme that will work for any particular build that IPS releases. If you check out this link: Theme Differences - Invision Community you will see that they change things quite regularly requiring a theme designer to release updates pretty regularly. They will of course expect to be compensated for their time making requisite changes to their themes which they will expect to be financially compensated for. The price goes down as the purchase quantity goes up.

Creating an Android 12 Material Design inspired theme sounds intriguing, it's something I might be interested in.

Rather than the theme having completely religious imagery attached, how about just me having the ability to upload high quality SVG vector & high density PNG files for everything from the borders around profile pics to button backgrounds, to being able to change the menu titles of items. Basically, complete customization without the users having to touch a line of code. That way, the dev can still make money off it when placed on the marketplace. That's a bit more fair?

@Darth VortexYou still interested in this? I tried out Strikeforce, I honestly like it, but want a bit more customization, like down to individual fonts, button backgrounds, and effects.

If you aren't bothered by it. I've seen some people lurk this thread, then hightail it out. You don't have to do anything.

I get it, I do. But, hey, at least if ya are interested, you make money, don't have to love it. I'm not forcing anything.

I guess it's more about the budget then the content. Developers and designers are expensive and a good theme isn't build in 1 or 2 hrs.

The best would be to customize an already existing theme from the Marketplace.
