Looking for a plugin that would simply display the first image/attachment in any topic in the expanded view of a stream.  Thumbnail size max 150px width float left of written content.  Willing to pay for dev work on this.

I have it as a template change as well on my sites. Would make perfect sense as a Marketplace plugin.
