Achievements - When is a rebuild necessary?

I've upgraded to 4.6.1 and have rebuilt the achievements, largely using the defaults for now.

If I create a new badge, let's say for "1000th Reputation Received", would it automatically award it to anybody who already meets the criteria or would it be necessary to trigger another rebuild?

It would be automatically rewarded to any member that meets the criteria no need for a re-build.

A re-build would only be necessary if you are changing the amount of points awarded for existing achievements.

advice : test your rule. In our case, the reputation/reaction based rules do not seem to work as expected...

How did you define your rule ? (screenshot)
