I have several spreadsheets that contain data that I'd like to create a Pages database for.  Is there any possible way to import/create database for pages from a spreadsheet?

Not natively, however you can look at ETL software or MySQL Workbench possibly to import values into a database table into MySQL directly.

Unless you know what you're doing and exactly what the software expects, this is not advised.

You could use Zapier if you’re a cloud client.
