How to have a different homepage for guest user with small message and registration field only.

And standard homepage or custom pages page for logged in user to show all post and activities.

Pretty much same like FB, LinkedIn, Insta etc. that without logging in, guest wont see anything.

You could create a page and use block permissions to control the blocks visibility for each group or create a stand alone page and use a 3rd party plugin
