-200 error

Hi, i have been trying to upload a document to the site and i keep getting this -200 error and the upload fails.

Seem other members have also been getting the error as well.

 

Anyone know why I am getting this error?

Most upsetting and annoying error in the entire suite

Usually this error occurs because an error happened on the server side which couldn't be caught (e.g. out of memory - PHP affords no opportunity or method to catch this error and show something nicer). If you know how to use browser developer tools, you can probably watch the network request and see what the actual response from the server is in order to get a better idea of what is happening.
